These moves are part of our efforts to always provide you with the best server performance possible. Our new data center at EGC has significant improvements, including more efficient cooling, a reliable diesel backup generator, and a central UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) that will help maximize the stability and availability of your servers.
In addition, we would like to emphasize that our support team is much better staffed at the new location. This means that we will be able to respond much faster to any issues or requests that arise, ensuring that your concerns are dealt with as efficiently as possible.
