Users who were affected by the downtimes this week can now request a runtime credit via support ticket.
Windows servers will receive a credit for 10 days.
Dedicated servers (hostname starts with CYA) get 7 days credit.
Please note that only users who were actually affected by the downtime will receive a credit. Requests from users who were not affected by the downtime will be closed without comment.
